Perfect Dinner Part I – Swabian Cusine
Do you know Maultaschen? Did you ever try to do it on your own? I mean really do everything manually – even the pasta that keeps the tasty meat warm? Ok then you have my deepest respect but you have to admit that you are an old woman or some swabian crazy guy like me 
And the best way to celebrate cooking Maultaschen with potatoe salad and a cool beer is by organizing a team event and build the little bastards jointly. So we met this monday at my place to fight through the really swabian manuals on successfully mastering the high art of Maultäschle. I have to admit I did everything exept for the pasta – this is most definitely not my line of business. By the way, we did not only one but two different kinds of those tasty bits: The first ones originale and the others with salmon due to the Turkish visitors which didn’t want to eat pork in sufficient amounts.

After a nice evening and a quite good bottle of wine – and a few beers of course – the kitchen didn’t want to clean itself so it was my turn to get rid of the total mess. But it was fun!! If you want to know how to do Maultaschen I can provide all the information!
